About Me

Although I have always been a massage therapist, I became a licensed massage therapist in 2004. I attended Virginia College in Birmingham and graduated with top honors. I have an Occupational Associate Degree in Therapeutic Massage. I am a proud member of The American Massage Therapy Association.

I have extensive experience in the field of healing. I have worked in the health food industry for over 30 years.

I am a level 1 Reiki practitioner. I taught Husband Coached Childbirth the Bradley Way for 3 years. I continue to educate myself as the field of healing is always expanding. 

 I have extensive experience working with clients within the LGBTQIA+ community.

I have signed the HAES (Health at Every Size) pledge and am listed in their registry.

I believe every body deserves safe, loving touch/bodywork. I have created a safe, sacred space for healing. I look forward to joining you on your health journey.
